From the beginning, Jim was available and attentive! For the short period of time and the few months that we needed him, he was kind, courteous and always at the ready! Even when we called him 15 minutes before court to borrow a tie!!! 🙂 Jim handled everything with ease and professionalism, just as I would expect. Not his first rodeo!!! We cannot thank him enough.
