People v. B.M., 2025

Defendant was charged with DUI-D (marijuana) and through litigation, most of the evidence was suppressed due to a Fourth Amendment search and seizure violation by police and the DMV action was dismissed.

People v. P. C., 2025

Defendant was charged with First Degree Assault, a class three felony crime of violence that carries 10-32 years in prison.  After a 4 day jury trial the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
People v. J.E., 2025

Defendant was charged with DUI and the DMV action was dismissed.  Defendant was able to keep driving privileges and resolve the criminal case (which is separate from DMV action) in a manner that maintained driving privileges. 
People v. G.S., 2022

Defendant was charged with Attempted First Degree Murder.  Due to successful case investigation all charges were eventually dismissed.

Defendant was charged with Failure to Report Sex Offense by a Mandatory Reporter.  After a 3 day jury trial the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.

Defendant was charged with First Degree Murder, a class one felony that requires life in prison without parole.  Four days into trial and as a result of successful trial litigation, the murder charges were dismissed and defendant was released from jail.

Defendant was charged with a Misdemeanor Assault domestic violence.  Due to Fourth Amendment litigation concerning an illegal search and seizure violation by police, all evidence was suppressed and the case was dismissed.
People v. C.Y., 2024

Defendant was charged with DUI.  Due to Fourth Amendment litigation concerning an illegal search and seizure, all evidence was suppressed and the case was dismissed.
People v. K.G., 2024

Defendant was charged with Failure to Report Elder Abuse.  After extensive litigation the charges were eventually dismissed. 
People v. T.C., 2023

Defendant was charged with Theft, a class three Felony, for allegedly embezzling over a million dollars.  Through extensive plea negotiations an agreement to probation with no further jail was ultimately reached. 
 People v. A.V., 2023

Defendant was charged with First Degree Murder, which requires life in prison without parole.  Through extensive plea negotiations a favorable resolution of a stipulated 15 year DOC sentence was ultimately reached. 
People v. A.H., 2023

​Defendant was being investigated for an alleged sexual assault by police and the prosecution.  Through successful case investigation the prosecution ultimately decided not to file any criminal charges.

Defendant was charged with Sex Assault and Burglary, a class three felony.  After a three day jury trial a jury returned a verdict of ​not guilty.

Defendant was charged with Felony Burglary and Second Degree Assault, a class three and class four felony, respectively.  After a four day jury trial the jury returned a verdict of ​not guilty.

Defendant was charged with Second Degree Assault with a Deadly Weapon.  After a two day jury trial, a jury returned a verdict of not guilty.​

Defendant was charged with Incest, a class three felony sex offense.  After a 3 day jury trial the jury returned a verdict of ​not guilty. 
People v. C.S., 2007

Defendant was charged with Possession of a Dangerous Weapon.  After a 2 day jury trial, a jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
